Nathan Burgess, President of Sarah Lee Jewelry, is a certified Diamontologist with the Diamond Council of America (DCA) and a GIA Diamonds Graduate. In 2005, he completed his DCA certification, and in 2007, he earned his GIA Diamonds Graduate title, also completing coursework in Colored Stones and Gem Identification. Nathan began appraising jewelry wholesale for independent stores in North Florida in 2007. Today, with over 15 years of appraisal experience, he offers his expertise to Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.

Appraisal Services & Pricing
Standard Insurance Appraisal - $95
A Standard Insurance Appraisal for a single jewelry item includes identifying and evaluating the gems (color, cut, clarity, and carat weight), documenting the metal type and weight, providing relevant certifications, including images, and preparing necessary documentation. It determines the retail replacement value. Additional appraisals are available for $70 each.
Verbal Appraisal - $35
A Verbal Appraisal includes all the details of a Standard Insurance Appraisal but without printed documentation. For complex, non-standard items, pricing may vary, and the exact cost will be provided before the appraisal begins.
Estate Appraisals - $145/hour
Estate Appraisals require a minimum of 2 hours, with a $290 retainer fee payable upfront. They include all the details, images, and documentation of a Standard Insurance Appraisal. Additional time beyond 2 hours is billed hourly.
