What to Expect
Step One: Submit Your Design Ideas
Send us your design ideas for your custom piece. Include any images of jewelry that will help describe what you would like done.
Step Two: Receive Pricing and Completion Time
A custom design representative from Sarah Lee Jewelry will email you with pricing and completion time information. They will ask any further questions about your design at this time.
Step Three: Approve Pricing and Timeframe
Email us back to confirm if the pricing and completion time works for you. If not, we can explore other options to better suit your budget and/or timeframe.
Step Four: Approve 3D Design
We will create digital 3D images of your jewelry design FREE OF CHARGE for your approval. We will modify the design as many times as necessary until it is exactly what you want.
Step Five: Production and Delivery
Once you approve the design, we will require a 50% deposit to begin production. Upon completion, we will email you images of the finished piece and collect the remaining balance. You can pick up the piece in person from our showroom in Henderson, Nevada, or we will ship it to you wherever you prefer.
