What to Expect
Step One: Submit Your Design Ideas
Send us your design ideas for your custom piece. Include any images of jewelry that will help describe what you would like done.
Step Two: Receive Pricing and Completion Time
A custom design representative from Sarah Lee Jewelry will reach out to you with pricing and completion time information. At this time they will discuss any questions you may have or they have on your design.
Step Three: Approve Pricing and Timeframe
Once we have quoted you a price for your custom piece, we then will require a 50% deposit in order to generate the CAD (Computer Aided Design) for your approval. If you require alterations to the CAD design we will do so as much as needed within reason.
Step Four: Approve 3D Design
Once you approve your CAD design, we will reconfirm the production time and confirm moving your custom piece into production.
Step Five: Production and Delivery
Upon completion, we will contact you with images of the finished piece and collect the remaining balance. You can pick up the piece in person from our showroom in Henderson, Nevada, or we will ship it to you wherever you prefer.
